Proxy management means having your business or one of your business units managed by an objective, experienced expert who is not on your staff. The expert only works the hours required to get the job done, delegating tasks to appropriate personnel. The person may be working concurrently with other non-competing organisations. They provide email support when not physically on your premises.


Proxy management offers several advantages, especially when struggling to find a senior manager who is a good ‘fit’ for your organisation:
It avoids the limitations of employment agreements. A proxy manager will work as many or as few hours as required as all agreements are day to day. You can terminate at a moment’s notice.
